    Sven Longshanks AKA James Allchurch, the host and owner of Radio Albion,
    has just been jailed for two and a half years.

    Considering his medical conditions and the fact that not a single member of
    the public or member of any ethnic minority community complained about his broadcasts makes this even more scandalous.

    Adding insult to injury; the judge who jailed Sven, one Huw Rees, has REPEATEDLY let paedophiles walk free, yet chose to jail a nationalist over spoken words.

    This a complete miscarriage of justice.

    When you can be jailed for two and a half years for saying things the state doesn't like, you know you are living in a tyranny.

    James Allchurch was convicted of 'stirring up racial hatred' and given two
    and a half years in prison for podcasts no member of the public complained about.

    Abdulrizak Hersi sexually assaulted a 13-year-old girl and was sentenced to just 18 months.

    Does this sound like justice?
