If you recall, at the time Israel invaded Gaza, its credit rating
according to Moody’s was A1. Then, early last year, they dropped it to A2. Just a few months ago it was downgraded again, to Baa1.

S&P’s ratings for Israel have also been on a downward slide. And both have
it marked as “outlook: negative” since about the start of the Gaza war.
