    against Israel, the total number of Arabs killed is smaller by
    a factor of about 50 than the number of Arabs killed by their
    Arab brothers.

    Why is that?

    Still not as high as the number of Jews killed by their Christian
    brothers.

    Yet in one case, we see the massacres as something that should never have happened, something that needs atoning for, and chant “Never Again”.

    While in the other case, we use it as an excuse to demean them as somehow subhuman and unworthy of respect as fellow human beings.

    Why is that?
