Don't know if this will apply to anyone else, but mentioning it just in
case.
I tried to send someone a Message via the Ancestry messaging service
and my message just didn't seem to be going anywhere. I'd press Send
and the message area would clear and a few moments later my message >re-appeared and there was nothing showing in the list of correspondence
the left of the screen. Tried several times, same result.
Went back and tried to send a message to a different person. Same
result. Then I clicked on the ... next to the Send button and changed
the selection from "Click Send" to "Press Enter to Send." I then
pressed Enter and sure enough the message was sent!
(I've told them so, but of course, they don't even acknowledge feedback, despite continually asking for it.)
