    Obviously a hardened criminal :-)

    Cheltenham Chronicle - Saturday 30 March 1940
Lady Lilian Mary Curtis-Bennett, of Sherborne-street,
Bourton-on-the-Water, who did not appear, pleaded guilty to permitting
pigs to stray on the highway.
P.C. Young stated the facts, and fine of 5s. was imposed.
The magistrates were Major E. F. B. Witts (chairman), Mrs. M. Kenyon,
    and Mrs. C. J. Macalister.

    That is not GOOGLE?

I just had a quick look to satisfy my own curiosity and shared one
report that I found. Google is more likely to just give me the names of companies in Bourton-on-the-Water that they claim would sell me a floggle-toggle.

That would be Ebenezer Pertwee & Co presumably.
