has called, in the pursuit of her stalking.

This is likely a 'mild' exaggeration. While reality deprived, Darlene
is big on what should be hyperbole, but she, none the less, believes
her claims literally.
Report to Camrose RCMP , civilian review board
This is true. Darlene filed complaints regarding phone calls she
received, which spoofed a phone number in CID (Caller IDentification),
to two different RCMP detachments. (She has posted this number, which
belongs to an innocent third party, to Usenet, no fewer than 500
times.)
The RCMP investigated, with the full cooperation of the person whose
phone number was being CID spoofed. They were able to clearly and
definitively determine that the phone, to which the spoofed number
belongs, had never place a single phone call to Ms. Jacobsen.
All this was explained to Darlene, in excruciating detail, by various
people, including two RCMP detachments. Still, the congenitally clue
impervious Darlene persists in claiming the number in question
"called me first," as if phone numbers were capable of placing phone
calls.
