I'm a night🦉, myself. I have a call I have to make in the morning,
though, so either I decide to stay up all night, or I hit the
hay pretty soon. (Not "hey". :)

And my cat, Julie, just jumped up on my shoulder. She's
like a parrot sometimes and watches what I do on the computer. Now
she's draped across my arm. I know how this ends -- she'll get
upset with me typing, and bite my arm.

I stopped typing for a while. Once I stopped,
she got bored and left. Whew! 😅️

kewl. nice story! never heard of a cat named jiulie before! but she (? how does your cat identify?) reminds me of my (temporary) cat, diggy, who watched my text like the way cats chase a reflected sunbeam off a watch around a room, her eyes glued, and
head going back and forth for each line.

    i thought that was so_cool.

I had heard of something, and just asked Google about it, and read a story,
    and it's about this:

    😱 I didn't know that was a thing!

sorry, to me that looks like baloney. my beloved knows everything i do.....my friends are just that, friends, and some even like dear children to me. (regardless of age, even older than i)

and he knows the only reason i am focusing on them is because he is not here, too

not that i would drop them if he came back. but i think he knows and is secure in my love for him, i would hope and pray!

if he doesn't, he needs to get back here asap, so i can let him know, make him know, cause him to know, empirically, just what it means to be the only one for me.

    sigh.....
