    Maybe you understand, I was sitting there in a bad spot, it takes
    millennia to prove a not.  I think it was two weeks after the bet that
    Putin moved in and it was big news.

    Not necessarily get it in writing, but set a reasonable framework on
    both sides of the bet.

    If he had retreated back to the village, the guy would have just said,
    "he went back for his torch." Do you see what I mean? It's indefinite, waiting for war.

    I wasn't really on top of my shit. I was behind the curve so to speak. Evidently some people were fooled by Putin's ruse at the border for a
    couple weeks or a month.

    I gave him two envelopes at two different times, one with $10 and the
    other with $15.
