The fundamentals of reasoning, the concepts of a fact & opinion, are grounded in creationism.

    1. Creator / chooses / spiritual / subjective / opinion
    2. Creation / chosen / material / objective / fact

Where subjective means, identified with a chosen opinion, and objective means, identified with a model of it.

And "choosing" is the mechanism for how a creation comes to be. To choose means to make one of alternative possible futures the present in the moment. All decisions, including considered decisions, are essentially spontaneous, because in the moment any
decision can turn out one way, or another.

In category 1 are, emotions, personal character, feelings, the soul, the spirit, and God. Because these are all defined in terms of that they do the job of choosing.

Example, to say someone is "courageous". The opinion is chosen, in spontaneous expression of free will, and the opinion expressess that this person is courageous in the decisions they make.

Subjectivity is explained sufficiently by the simple phrase,
    - the spirit chooses, and the spirit is identified with a chosen opinion. - All subjective opinion has this underlying logic.

In category 2 is the physical universe, and the universe of the (human) mind. Because these are all creations. All in the universe is possible, meaning it can be, or not be, which are two alternatives in a decision on it.

Example, to say there is a glass on the table. These words make a model in the mind, of the supposed glass, that is on the supposed table.

The model in the mind is objective, just as well as the physical glass and table that are being modelled are objective.

Objectivity is basically only about copying, in modelling things. Objectivity is
    - to make a model of a creation, in the mind. -

That concludes the overview of the fundamentals of reasoning, the concepts of fact & opinion.

Now why is it that people reject reasoning / creationism ?

It is because of that the psychological pressure for people to do their best, may corrupt their understanding of what it means to choose.

Under this pressure, people start to conceive of choosing in terms of figuring out the best option, forgetting that the fundamental definition of choosing is in terms of spontaneity.

Then they start to conceive of choosing as like how a chesscomputer calculates a move. A chesscomputer calculates all moves, and then ranks them according to scoring the most points. Then it plays the top ranked move. At no point in this procedure is
there a moment of decision, where it can turn out one way, or another.

It is still possible to choose in terms of what is best, when using the definition of choosing in terms of spontaneity. That is just a highly complicated way of choosing. The problem only arises when choosing is fundamentally defined in terms of figuring
    out what is best.

Then a pattern of corruption follows from that fundamental error, resulting in bad personal opinions, weird ideology, and mental illness.
