    Merry Christmas. The church a couple blocks away had their annual live nativity. They have shepherds and wise men, with a sort of petting zoo
    of donkeys, sheep and goats, and camel rides in the parking lot.

    Still, don't mistreat them. The prophet himself, at 2 places in the Haddith, comforted crying camels, and held their owners to account for not
    giving them enough water and shade. (and not just that, one of the complaining camels interrupted him when he was relieving himself, still, the camel took precedence)

    It may be an understatement to say camels are of great importance to
    beduin.
