Two days ago I got my sixth COVID shot.

I have a mildly sore arm, but a thorough check of heart rate and blood pressure shows me to still be alive. Plus, I'm hungry.

I forget whether it was this spring, or last, or the one before which
Nando declared as the date of doom for those who took these shots. Hard
as it is to believe, he might just have been wrong in that.

I got stuck with the protein based Novavax last Saturday. Usually I get
Moderna Spikevax. The next day I didn’t have the feel like crap side
effects. Tuesday I developed a slight case of COVID arm. Not sure if
Spikevax predisposed me to that. Pretty much normal now. Even if it wasn’t the mRNA shot my lymphocyte DNA should be mutating for a better match to
JN.1. It’s also mutating for whatever the flu antigens I got were.

    Still alive too. Where’s Nando?

I'd like to talk more about this, but I have a hurricane to manufacture.
It's not as easy as you might think in late October. Have to align
    the Space Lasers just so.

We have the potential according to recent GFS runs for another CAG storm in
the Caribbean toward election day. Looked like a Category 3 hitting the Panhandle or Sarasota but now maybe Cuba then weird zig zag out to sea.

Euro hasn’t done anything with it yet.

The 12Z GFS hasn’t passed 186 hrs yet.

I'm glad you're still alive and kicking!

Another data point: I am also full of vigorous aliveness despite getting
all my vaccines. So, difficult as it is to believe, the reactionary
    crackpots may have been incorrect.

I just got TWO vaccines today. Flu and Covid.

I developed spontaneous autism and then turned into a newt.

    (I got better).

I also got flu and covid shots on the same day, a few weeks ago. It was
the first time the site of injection got sore enough to affect my
movement for a day. (I forget which shot did that.) I don't think it
killed me, but I have not done any formal tests lately to check.

Nando otoh seems to have dropped out, under both of his nyms.

He's probably fine (if he ever was). He probably doesn't know how to
    post since Google gave up.

IIRC, Ray Martinez proclaimed that "Google is the Internet".
If Nando is of the same opinion he probably believes that
    the Internet no longer exists.

    If so, count your blessings.

You may have joined the legions of the undead.  Very appropriate for Halloween.

Well, Halloween has passed, and I still prefer to eat chocolate more
    than brains. That seems indicative.
