    MINDFULNESS


    Open/Calm my mind.

    Sense the present moment.

    My heart will be able to appreciate any good karma.

    Appreciation is not always just sensing and/or minding.

    Appreciation is like a bank account that returns interest to the investor.

    I am an investor too.
