Gov. Tim Walz (D-MN) is rebranding himself ahead of a possible 2028 presidential run to match what he thinks Democratic voters want. Judging
by his new public persona, Walz thinks Democrats want an obnoxious jerk.

Walz is on a “Told You So tour” as he positions himself as a Democratic presidential candidate. Like many Democrats after President Donald Trump’s election, Walz has taken to pretending like he uses curse words regularly
in order to make him seem more authentic, calling Elon Musk a “dips***,” calling things “total bulls***,” and saying Republicans should be “madder
than s***” about student loan debt (for some reason).

Walz also said on Democratic California Gov. Gavin Newsom’s podcast that
he could “kick most of their a**” in a fight, referring to Trump-
supporting pundits. Of course, he then referred to this hypothetical
beating as a “WWE fight.” Nothing could be more fitting than the fakest
tough guy in politics hypothetically challenging people to a fake fighting “sport.”

Walz’s pretend tough-guy act is as cringeworthy as attempts to paint
himself as a macho man model of masculinity during the 2024 campaign,
replete with an embarrassing hunting trip and the worst game of Madden
football you will ever see. After the loss, which included Walz getting steamrolled in the vice presidential debate by JD Vance, he has decided to reinvent himself as an obnoxious, toxic liberal who thinks that appealing
to working-class men means forcing yourself to curse every other sentence
and pretending that you want to fight people all the time.

As unlikely as it may seem, Walz has an even better future in the
Democratic Party after his loss than before. He has the connection to
Kamala Harris from a campaign that Democrats do not blame for the loss. He
also has more institutional support with the Democratic National
Committee, which named gun control activist David Hogg one of its three
vice chairs. Hogg, who rose to prominence by standing on the bodies of his
dead classmates and has since proven to have the intellectual capacity of
a shoe, “bombarded” Harris aides with pro-Walz texts until Harris picked
him as her running mate.

Walz and his new obnoxious persona are not going anywhere any time soon
because Democrats have whipped their base into a hateful frenzy that
responds positively to these antics. Walz is going to run around the
country calling things “bulls***” and daydreaming about fighting
conservative pundits while ignoring that his policies and personality are repulsive to the majority of voters, just as they were when he lost four
months ago.
