PORTLAND, Ore. -- A Portland teen was sentenced to 28 years in prison after he pleaded guilty to multiple sex crimes, police said.

Justin Dejohn Hubbard, 18, was accused of sexually assaulting two women earlier this year.

In one incident, a 16-year-old girl said she was sexually assaulted as she was walking to Parkrose High School on March 10.

Sex crimes unit detectives were unable to identify a suspect following that report.

Then, on June 2, a 26-year-old woman and her fiance reported an attempted sex assault and burglary at their apartment in Northeast Portland.

Hubbard was arrested at a nearby apartment complex and later identified as the suspect in both crimes.

He was arrested on multiple charges including burglary, attempted rape, sex abuse and kidnapping.

On Monday, Hubbard pleaded guilty to sodomy, sex abuse, unlawful sexual penetration, kidnapping and burglary. He was sentenced to 28 years in prison, according to Sgt. Pete Simpson of Portland police.
