lost $40 Million this year. Indeed, from my understanding the WNBA as never
had a profit in any of the 30 years it has existed.

Now, when a business is running in the red.. is that a time to increase pay checks?

Can the players actually say they are owed more, when there is no profit?

Though if some of the deals actually come through and the WNBA starts making consistent dependable profits, then might be a good time to discuss a pay increase, but until the WNBA can repay 30 years of payouts by the NBA I wouldn't expect the player's pay to increase by as much as they seem to feel

On another note, I've seen High school and college girl teams play better
than these 'professionals'. Of course, as the WWWF has shown you don't have
