English Summary of the 15th Unity of the Bayān
1. In the cycle/dispensation (dawr) of NUR/Light of the epi-cycle/aeon (kawr) of the Bayān/Exposition, all physical and financial penalties have hereby been lifted from the limits of all religious ordinances and decrees (i.e. ḥudūd al-aḥkām).
The punishment of infractions and/or crimes should henceforth to be left to the disgression of elected legislatures and the expertise of judiciaries. However, abortion is halāl/permitted up to the first trimester (12 weeks) in cases of rape, incest,
dire poverty, or other valid medical reasons and may be extended beyond the first trimester if genuine medical reasons are determined. In this overall discussion, the life, safety and health of the pregnant mother overrides that of the fetus. However,
abortion should not become a form of contraception and, moreover, the hypersexualization of present society should be vigorously resisted as it is a function of the commodification and transactionalization of everything under capitalism. Nevertheless
contraception is allowed in the cycle/dispensation (dawr) of NUR/Light of the epi-cycle/aeon (kawr) of the Bayān. God has bestowed the power of the world upon women and men are now obligated to help in the transition from patriarchy to matriarchy
globally.
2. The greatest challenge in succeeding generations will be resisting by any means necessary the corruption of the Good by evil as has happened in all recorded cycles/dispensations. So come to hate hypocrisy and the evil thought, for evil thought
gives birth to hypocrisy but hypocrisy is far from Truth.
3. Tattoos are completely halāl/permitted in this dispensation/cycle, provided they are of the Divine Names and Attributes, the Greatest Name, the Hand of Fāṭimīya, Pentagrams and Circular Talismans and similar occult symbology that is not
malevolent, and/or of natural forms.
4. The prohibition on alcohol has been lifted and has now been made halāl/permitted provided i. drunkenness and prolonged states of intoxication are avoided (the state of which is ḥarām/prohibited in prolongation); ii. it is not be consumed before
prayer and worship; iii. it is not to be consumed or taken to places of worship or houses of prayer or the natural environment; iv. it not to be given to anyone of unsound mind; v. it is not be given to anyone under the age of 18 and it is ḥarām/
prohibited for anyone under that age to consume alcohol.
5. Smoking and tobacco has been made halāl/permitted in this dispensation/cycle. However, it is an unhealthy habit quite injurious to the health and so should be avoided for that reason.
6. Any/all medicines which aid in the healing of the body and mind are halāl/permitted in this dispensation, and the status and rank of those physicians who work on behalf of the betterment of humanity rather than their pockets has been raised to the
level of sainthood by God. However, the pharmaceutical industry is a corrupt for profit industry that has thoroughly corrupted the practice of medicine everywhere and so should be dismanted for the common good, with power returned to the hands of doctors,
physicians and people in general.
7. The use of psychoactive plants is completely halāl/permitted for the sake of wayfaring towards God.
8. The eating of pork has been made halāl/permitted, since those conditions for it having been made ḥarām no longer exist. However, the best form of diet for the human constitution is absention from all meats and vegetarianism. But this is not an
imposition but a recommendation.
9. The prohibition on garlic and onions has been lifted with an explanation provided for its sanction in early Islam and the Bayān.
10. Self-defense and defensive jiḥād are allowed in this dispensation/cycle in times of danger. However, the prohibition on carrying arms in times of peace remains in place. Disarmament of a civil society is essential and the
American model has created more problems than it has solved.
11. Allowance has been given for the employment and study of all the occult sciences, and that the existence of the jinn is real.
12. You are commanded to destroy and root out the transactional mentality.
13. Three locales for the NUR-FSO ḥājj have been established: i. the Tree of Life at the Valley of NUR and the Valley of NUR itself; ii. Uluru-Katajuta in central Australia; and iii. Shīrāz, Iran.
14. Required fasting has been abolished and elective fasting has been put in its place, and water is allowed to be drunk during fasts.
15. The hoarding of wealth is ḥarām in this dispensation and the super-rich and wealthy have been condemned as thieves. The wealth of the super-rich should be expropriated and redistributed. If a global Revolution against capitalism
is possible, all the means of production should be seized from the north to the south poles for the sake of the implimentation of the ordinance of the 11th gate of the 9th Unity.
16. The form of currency proposed formally in the Bayān (but never implimented) is lifted and abolished. The establishment of a Treasury House of Light (bayt al-māl) is proposed which should be elected from 23 individuals who serve
terms of 3 years as a special council.
17. The meaning of the āyat a-bayān.
18. Visualizing or drawning the ogdoadic Greatest Name on anything is a purifying and repelling agent. The ordinance of the 14th gate of the 5th Unity has been retained except for its provision to disassociate with unbelievers which has
been abrogated. Women are not considered impure during their monthly cycle; and just as the impurity of semen was lifted in the previous dispensation/cycle, in this cycle menses has been determined to be pure (ṭāhir). Fifteen agents of impurity have
been determined for this cycle/dispensation: i. contaminated blood which may be a carrier of disease, albeit blood in itself is not impure; ii. vomit, feces and urine from humans and animals after the age of suckling, 1 year for humans and whenever
babyhood ends for animals; iii. contact with a human or animal corpse, esp. if it has been dead for more than a day; iv. contact with alcoholic beverages before prayer and/or worship; v. contact with the violently insane; vi. disturbed sleep/nightmares,
albeit sleep in itself does not make someone impure; however a worshiper should make ablutions after waking up from sleep; vii. any disease or condition that incapcitates the mind, but the impurity here is with the one who suffers the condition and not
anyone who comes into contact with them; viii. contact with dirty/contaminated water or any water which has changed in its smell, taste, etc.; ix. contact with modern toxic chemicals; x. physical contact with tyrants and every form of oppressor; xi.
virtual or real contact with Bahāʾīs, since they themselves have been determined to be collectively and individually impure (najis); xii. contact with any genuine infidel or satanist; xiii. contact with the openly immoral and corrupters of the earth;
xiv. contact with demons and devils from the malefic subtle realms; conversely, contact with angels and beings from the luminous realms is a puriying agent; xv. states of anger, nervous tension and such like.
