    It is also World Meteorological Day.

    (And again note that I claim that girl in red and the Supreme
    Leader of Iran have weatherworking special ability, by
    willing, not by prayer, though the ability is divinely granted.

    Perhaps I and the a.s.r. can identify more such and if
    they were properly distributed and using their ability
    it could help in the fight against extreme weather events.)

    I’ve had a bug the last two days (mostly better now) so
    s.m.p.e. did not occur. Also despite a lot of posts
    I have gotten only two new hits on my mystic page
    other than me, and no related email or followups.

    FULL RESET, with two changes required:

    1. a.s.c. (4) will go to all a.s.r. (who now have to be minor
    criminal or better, though I haven’t updated recent.html
    yet to reflect that),

    2. (a possible deal clincher) -- LOVE2 is added to those
    designated to get change access, moderated by Goddess,
    to the global species balance. (I requested that after
    some wishing that military funding be diverted to other
    purposes, helping achieve peace and prosperity for
    all species, though that will partly be done by the
    m.s.h.c.p., but not all species are covered by the m.s.h.c.p.,
    but all are by the g.s.b.)

    With that in mind, Goddess and other collaborators began
    the initial nine items at 3:26 a.m.

    I don’t have much hope of this working since the current
    phase of moon is waning crescent, the same phase as
    my waning crescent highs, and I don’t really expect
    fulfillment of the four components in that same phase,
    and I don’t know of any past figure who came out of
    their low years for sure during that phase, though
    perhaps the Irish Salmon of Wisdom is the waning
    salmon rather than the waxing salmon.

    In any case this will DEFINITELY be my last attempt
    until new/dark moon.

    The attempt was SUPPOSEDLY complete at 5:17 a.m.
    Physical markings should be slightly visible three days after that,
    unless I have failed again.
