It appears to be working for me, but that has occurred before
and it has never lasted and nobody else has confirmed it.
It could manifest as a sensation of disgust in the throat,
or possibly a nose twiddle, or possibly an evil glint.
Theoretically there should also be positive charisma modulation
of very good individuals.
The negative charisma modulation worked briefly as well
for Benjamin Netanyahu and Viktor Lukashenko but now
has stopped working for everyone. Even though it is
now 2 a.m. here, I will begin a new attempt which I hope
will be complete before last quarter moon. There may
be some in person charisma modulation fairly soon but
I don’t expect that the still pictures, audio, and video
effects will be in place until at least 24 hours from now.
The first popthrough does have audio and video with audio
primary positive charisma modulation. The twelve
18-years-low-years (Jacob and 11 cetaceans) do have
in person primary negative charisma modulation.
Otherwise each popthrough just has in person primary
positive charisma modulation.
