FULL RESET, with one change required:
1. incorporated hcp and popthrough hcp sub coverage:
belief and/or still around = full strength
just original region or descent (not both) = 1/3 strength
just both original region and descent = 2/3 strength
And coverage for my post-popthroughs [HCP] counts as
still around, so full strength, though the next generations
may be covered at 2/3 strength.
With that in mind I began a new attempt at 7:14 p.m.
