I’ve never used or know much about LS. Is it subscription based? Not totally clear to my tired eyes this morning!

The Little Snitch has a spectacularly wonderful upgrade to the interface, but I can't get on with those colours in the menu bar. They're too garish and intrusive and (for a red-green colour-blind like me) too similar.
And it *is* expensive, isn't it?

No, one-off payment. As Martin says, not exactly cheap these days: €59 for a
single licence.

I've tried this, and the extra features are IMHO very much worth it.
Also, I wrote to the developer (Mike Bombich) requesting a couple of changes to the interface and he got back to me by return to agree and say he's going to implement them.
