    Hello,

Does macOS Ventura v13.7.1's Photos app have a feature to remove
wrinkles from faces? If not, then what's a free easy to use local (no
uploading for privacy reasons) third party app that can in a 13" Intel
MacBook Pro with macOS Ventura v13.7.1?

Thank you for reading and hopefully answering soon. :)

You might be able to do this using Photos itself. To be fair I’ve not had much success with removing imperfections but here are some instructions
    from Apple.

GraphicConverter is a good 3rd party app to try out. You can run a trial version before deciding whether to purchase or not.

    There’s a user forum too.

Thanks for this, I had no idea that you can actually specify the sampling
point in Photos as per the tip at the bottom!
