  • Buon Anno, Luke Present Barrett!

    ... says my Apple Watch (i.e. "Happy New Year, Luke Present Barrett!").

    When I tap it, it shows me fireworks.

    I do know a Luke Barrett, he's the head of our HR, so naturally he appears in
    a lot of my email messages.

    No idea why my watch is addressing me with his name though, nor do I
    understand what "Present" is doing in there.

    Turns out that my own card in Contacts had somehow acquired the nickname "Luke Present Barrett".

    Also perplexing, but at least I can do something about it.
