    Rather large updates - Sequois over 6GB download for my M1 MBP and over 3GB downloads for both my iPhone 16 and iPad Mini 5. Various new features such as Mail Categorisation. Apple News+ subscribers now have access to a food
    section. A new Sketch style for Image Playground, Memory Movie support in the Photos app for custom slideshows, and new emoji characters. Plus loads of security updates. More info below:

    Is there ever an option to say "just gimme the security stuff, mate: I don't, and will never, use all the other crap you keep embellishing MacOS with" -- ?

    PS All irrelevant to me just now, because I'm running on the ancient Mojave, but I can't stay here forever. One day I will have to upgrade, but I'm continually dismayed at the stuff packaged with the MacOS's.
