“To optimise continuity camera, your.iPhone has been disconnected from wifi” as an alert appearing on the Mac.

Thing is, I have never used continuity camera, never intend to and have switched it off in the iPhone’s settings. Doesn’t help - still happening. Bug repeated, but it’s shouting into the void.

Never seen on iOS 18.5 / iPhone 14 and iPhone 16.
    Tried a soft reset?

Currently doing a ‘reboot all the things’ bit in the hope it clears up. I wonder if it’s because I have a mesh network and the Mac and iPhone can end up on different satellite nodes.

Surely if it's mesh then it should appear to be on the same node?

Bit of a delay replying. Yes - it should definitely appear to be that but
some devices seem to have hassles hopping between nodes and stay connected
for too long to their original satellite, which drops their performance when you move around.

In this case, a bout of rebooting everything seems to have made it all go
    away.
