John Daniel mentions that one may place his EtreCheck software into
one's Applications on an Apple Mac. I did so.
Who can explain the PRIVATE places shown in the last two entries?

AppDelete is designed to remove Applications.
I used it with this result:- https://jumpshare.com/v/LObhHX7PHUzW1VGpdcSi

OMG. Now you are questioning /private/ folders? You DO realize these are normal? There are probably dozens/hundreds of these folders on every Mac
on the planet.
PLEASE learn something about the stuff that you don’t understand before you just assume it is “bad”. Sober up and do a GD internet search on /private/var/folders on MacOS. Yes, 99% of the info will be way over your head, because your brain no long works. But at least read the info.
Will you, please, explain these findings in my log files?

Risk-Reward ratio is extremely negative.
Simply not needed on a Mac.

Have YOU any idea how extraneous items found their way into my iCloud Drive?

That's easy: *You* placed it there.
A lot of users tried to explain that to you.

Great.
So how long until you find this file on your iCloud drive? How long until you are stalking the guy who wrote this? Have you checked yet to see how much money he makes each year? 🙄
How do you know that installing and running XProCheck did not leave
something behind? After all, I saw one bad comment out of millions of
good comments about this software.
