Royal Mail Tracking

I posted in here on 4 February about a Western Digital SSD RMA that WD in
the Czech Republic didn't pick up form customs so was returned by Royal
Mail's tracking service.
I had also complained to Royal Mail that their tracking website was inconsistent and apparently showed the item had left the UK twice.
I had a reply from them today, I think it's worth quoting:
"I’m sorry an item of mail you posted with reference number nnnn, hasn’t
yet arrived and can fully understand your concerns.
We aim to deliver any International items within three to five working
days after posting to Europe, and within five to seven working days after posting to the rest of the world. I’m sorry it’s not yet been delivered.
I’ve checked our tracking system and can confirm your item arrived in
Czech Republic on 20.01.2025. I’d have expected it to have been delivered shortly afterwards.
An item being sent to Europe is only considered lost if it’s not delivered within 20 working days after the date it was due to be delivered. For an
item going to the rest of the world, it’s 25 working days. I’m very sorry,
as your item hasn’t been delivered within these timescales, I’d advise you
to complete a claim form for the loss of the item."
The silly buggers don't seem to have checked their own tracking system
which has now been updated and shows a daily tracking including the return
to me.

I can please only one person per day. Today is not your day.
Tomorrow, isn't looking good either.
