Personally, I think as long as he’s not entering your property the harm is minimal.

Neem oil on the stems. It stinks, and is a natural aphid deterrent as a bonus.

Personally, I think as long as he’s not entering your property the harm is >> minimal.
Except that in a week he has removed every bloom. They're for everybody
to enjoy.
