    There's a bit of a dispute as to whether you need an NOV below 8.3KHz.

    Ofcom say it's "not allocated"

    There are however some experiments using 8270Hz . I found getting
    antennas to radiate on 73KHz bad enough. My best DX was 1/2 mile.
