I just did do - cyclists used to study the flatness of their riding positions in shop windows. The flatter the back, the more streamlined you were. These days, you can film yourself.

An estate agent says he's 'very lucky' not to be seriously injured after a car ploughed through the front of his office and hit his desk.

Bes Polamani of Hunters Estate Agent in Peach Street, Wokingham, was just coming back into the office when a driver crashed through the front window of the office.

It hit where he would have been sitting and caused major damage to the front of the building.

The incident left the road blocked and four people were treated by South Central Ambulance Service before being taken to hospital.

Work is being carried out to board up and secure the building in Wokingham town centre after staff had to stay overnight to keep it safe.

Bes said: "I was actually just coming into the office when it happened.

"My first thought was to ensure the people in the car were OK and call police and ambulance.

"It only came to me a bit later I could have been sitting at my desk when it happened.

"Thankfully I was very lucky to have been out at the time, a few minutes later and who knows what would have happened?"

He added: "We tried to get it secured, but weren't able to and we weren't able to get an overnight security guard so some of us had to stay here overnight to ensure nothing was stolen."

He said it is likely the office will be closed for around six weeks while the repairs are carried out.

Some staff will temporarily move to another office in Wokingham, with the majority working at home.

The incident happened at around 2.15pm and led to the busy road being blocked.

It is not thought anyone was seriously injured in the incident.

A spokeswoman for Royal Berkshire Fire and Rescue Service said: "At 12:34pm on Wednesday, 27 October, we received reports of a road traffic collision on Peach Street, Wokingham.

"Royal Berkshire Fire and Rescue Service crews from Wokingham Road and Bracknell fire stations were sent to the scene.

"Upon arrival, crews found a road traffic collision involving three cars.

"Fortunately, no people were trapped but four casualties were placed into the care of South Central Ambulance Service.

"Crews worked to make the scene safe and were on the scene for approximately 51 minutes.
