Debra Hearn, of Bernwood Road, Bicester, was stopped by officers on July 17 last year in South Wales after being suspected of committing driving offences – allegedly failing to comply with traffic signals in a Kia Niro.

However, the 65-year-old refused to give information relating to her identity and was subsequently charged.

At Cardiff Magistrates Court on December 29, Hearn pleaded guilty and was fined £660 but avoided disqualification.
