    Likely to be highly skewed if so.

    I'd venture a guess that 99% of the UK's population do not live in a
    location where bike hire schemes are either available or of the
    slightest use to them.

    I am one of that 99% and so's my wife. :-)

    Me too. The nearest bike-hire scheme to me is half-an-hour’s drive away…but it’s just folded…

    Nothing that an injection of tens of millions of taxpayer’s money couldn’t fix…badly…
