Likely to be highly skewed if so.
I'd venture a guess that 99% of the UK's population do not live in a
location where bike hire schemes are either available or of the slightest use to them.
I am one of that 99% and so's my wife. :-)

it’s just folded…

I own a non-e bike and thus have no use for e-bike hire schemes.
