    Cheap at the price if it means no licence endorsement and no increased
    risk of a totting-up disqualification for a partner or a valued employee (valued a bit more then the charlady, as worthy as she may be, and
    certainly more than the night shift floor swabber).

    Tell you what: if "offenders" admitting breaches of purely
    adminsitrative offences were given a choice of a £1500 cash penalty or a disqualification, many - if not the vast majority - would certainly
    choose the former rather than the latter.
