Could a "right wing" takeover by fox media be on the cards?

In monetary value how much is that worth? They could advertise arms!

None of the stories on the website have been updated since the 15th of
    March 2025.

The only audio feed I can find on line is a music filler station,
pklaying what seems to be royalty free music. None of the other channels
    are even showing a schedule.

Depends on who owns them. On some sites they only rent(ed) airtime,
other like Biblis or Lampertheim are owned by the IBB.
As they are no longer in use, but consume money (aircraft warning
lights, tower check/maintenance), they will most likely be scrapped,
like it happened for many SW/MW sites.

I have doubt that there are companies interested in buying and using

That's much more difficult to do across an entire country - it uses a
lot of resources and is rarely completely effective.

I have serious doubt in that. Most people, especially young one like
me, don't know SW at all. They also don't have receivers for it. A lot
of local noise caused by crap electronics makes reception rather hard.

Many sites in the world were also demolished or decommissioned.

Because many broadcasters stopped using SW, the amount of potential
listeners will be small, except for people who like that frequency
    range.

Many people hate Trump, I get that but I don't understand why. He campaigned saying exactly what he thought and said exactly what he
was going to do. He was voted in. From day one, he did what he said
    he would.

Except that on no two days has that been the same thing. He has

I've not seen that but I never watch main stream media news because

He is a senile, demented bully.

Biden !!!!!!! You can't be serious.

To get back on topic, Trump has withdrawn funding for the Voice of
America, which was the US equivalent of the BBC World service, as
well as other stations whose only purpose was to transmit the US
world view into areas where the rest of the news was controlled by
what are considered to be totalitarian regimes. He blamed this on
the "left wing" attitudes they expressed, while anyone who has
actually listened to VOA will have noticed that the bias, if any,
is towards the right of the political spectrum, and, by an large,
    echoed the US Government line.

The Democrats were even paying the BBC now what did they expect in
    return for that money ?

I think America is getting pretty much what it voted for and the
complaints are coming largely from corrupt government departments.

TDS is everywhere because we have a biased propaganda media.

Contrast that with our labour government. They lied about everything
to gain power. They got power and broke just about every promise they
made. Everyone in Britain is being taxed until the pips squeak while
they squander money on themselves and chuck money at the world in
massive donations, to say nothing of islands. Then they appoint the
lunatic Millipede, put up energy again, kill off the pensioner fuel
allowance whilst giving £11.6billion to Africa to help with the
    fictitious climate crisis.

Elon Musk brought the "grooming gangs" scandal to the world and
shamed Britain, he was right to do so. Officials in the UK at every
level conspired to cover this up. He was then attacked because the
liberal left elite do not want their narrative shown to be a huge
lie. Even now our despicable government continues to refuse a full
national enquiry into rape gangs. It is even changing the law to make sentencing less severe for none whites.

Our media largely support this government and push and protect their
narrative as much as they can as they are captured by the same
globalist anti country ideologies as HMG.

Our government and media couldn't have demonstrated any more clearly
that they should never be trusted to tell the truth if you want to
keep your country. On the other hand...

The Democrats were even paying the BBC now what did they expect in
    return for that money ?

I heard it was to buy a box set of EastEnders from BBC Studios.
Nothing wrong with that. They expect to learn about English culture in
    return.

Let me guess .... you're a Daily Mail reader? Over 60?

I don't buy newspapers, they lie. I am over 60 though and that as
you've noticed, seems to suggest I still have reason and rationality

we are now forced to endure for what they are.

It wouldn't surprise me if this age of unreason where the truth

Yes, because the president was 100% clear (unlike the the uk where
Labour lied about everything to get into government) what he would do
    if he got elected.

Thankfully like most people, I grew out out of being a leftists at

The problem is that America's constitution gives a lot of power to the president which a UK prime minister (or other equivalent political leader) wouldn't have without approval of parliament as a whole. And then it indemnifies presidents from a lot of accountability and prosecution for
events they committed while in office.

But this is only an issue for individuals that disagree with what the
current president is doing. If I was a US citizen I would have had a
massive issue with the actions of the last administration and the
obama one. Even so, democracy is what it is.

Don't imagine I'm a great trump fan I'm not, especially in how he has

A friend in the US sent me this

    ABC News
Corporation for Public Broadcasting to begin shutting down its operations

    My friend:
Local commercial radio stations (other than country music and
pseudo-religious stations) have mostly gone from rural areas and the
major TV stations don’t cover local news or weather there, so NPR and
local public radio stations, such as PBS, provide that service, plus
emergency alerts. Now they’ll be struggling to carry on. The large PBS stations are receiving more donations and NPR is diverting some funds to
try to help, but it’s a sad day out in the country, such as in Rio Vista.
